They worked with us via video chat, calls, texts, emails, and when we were able to come in town, they made the most of it with appointments lined up. Jay was super helpful and answered all of our questions with honesty and integrity! He was very quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls. He spent his whole weekend with us and pointed out specific things to look for and look out for along the way in every house. Very knowledgeable about every house we looked at, and was honest with us about if he thought it was a house we would be interested in or not. If he didn't know something he would reach out to the seller/realtor to find the information we were looking for immediately. He made us aware of every step along the way, and what would come next in the process, and has a wide network of people in different occupations to help with inspections and financing during the purchase, as well as assist with repairs or any information after purchase.
